This is a community Mens' Circle providing a welcoming, safe space for Men to connect and be encouraged to listen to and hear their own inner wisdom.

In this Circle we will Explore:

A variety of topics including those related to our roles, expectations, and aspirations in this life.

Facilitation will include a variety of practices including meditation, breathwork, focused discussion, developing skills and resources to sustain individual growth.

This is not group therapy or a recovery program; there will be no “fixing” or “correcting”, rather an opportunity to honor and empower your soul while being supported by others on their own personal journey.

Yoga for Active Bodies

Improve your performance and prevent injuries with our Yoga for Active Bodies Workshop. At Wild Soul Journey, we understand the importance of a healthy and balanced body, especially when you are active and exercising.
In this workshop, we combine traditional Yoga poses with targeted movement and breathwork practices to help you improve your flexibility, strength, and balance. No matter if you're a seasoned Yogi or a beginner, this workshop is designed to help you take your game to the next level with new skills to support you in achieving your fitness goals.
